Great to meet you!

Healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, anger, substance use and recovery, life transitions, and everyday stress. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about what is wrong—it should help you better understand yourself and give you practical tools you can use in everyday life. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and other evidence-based strategies, tailoring therapy to each client's individual needs. Together, we may explore patterns, build coping and communication skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and identify changes that can help you move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for me to understand what brought you to therapy and what you would like to be different. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We'll talk about what has been going on, what is most important to you, and what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer idea of how we can move forward together.
