Great to meet you!

I'm a first-generation professional. I was born and raised in Port. OR, but I have southern roots. I look at life as a journey. I recognize we all have had some good and challenging times. However, I understand that our experiences are different. I welcome your journey, story, and experience with empathy.

I earned my MSW from Walden. I've obtained my License to practice in OR, LA, and TX. I've gained training in community MH/outpatient and inpatient services.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Prior to therapy I will complete an assessment to better understand your situation and needs. I enter therapy using a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental approach. I utilize trauma-informed lenses to create a safe space where clients are seen, heard, and valued during our sessions. I seek to understand your experience.

What you can expect from our first session

As one walks away from therapy, a client can expect to leave feeling heard, empowered, and seen in a safe place. One will be able to identify and explore one's inner power and tools to address and face the challenges within one's life. One can also expect to identify the current thoughts and behaviors leading to unhelpful cycles in one's life. Let's start this journey together and create an opportunity to match your routines with the goals you envision for yourself and life.
