Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when stress, difficult experiences, relationship challenges, or emotional struggles begin affecting your ability to function the way you want to. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, family conflict, parenting concerns, or the impact of past experiences, you don't have to face it alone. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are looking for support, healing, and practical tools to create meaningful change. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward after years of trying to manage everything on their own. My goal is to provide a supportive, affirming environment where you feel understood and empowered. Together, we'll identify what's contributing to your challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward healthier relationships, improved coping skills, and a more balanced life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and goal oriented. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel supported while also gaining practical tools they can use outside of sessions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Behavioral Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Emotional Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Couples Therapy, and trauma-informed care to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. Together, we'll explore how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships influence one another while developing healthier coping strategies and communication skills. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use concerns, grief and loss, OCD, bipolar disorder, diabetes-related stress, chronic illness, or major life transitions, therapy is designed to provide both insight and practical support that promotes lasting growth and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, affirming, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where your goals and experiences remain at the center of our work together. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions and discussing the challenges that matter most to you. Together, we'll identify strengths, develop practical strategies, and work toward changes that improve your daily life. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to navigate life's challenges while building healthier relationships with yourself and those around you. I believe growth is possible, and I am committed to helping you create meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.
