Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes that one of the most important parts of therapy is feeling truly understood. My style is relational, compassionate, and honest. I won’t simply tell you what you want to hear. I’ll help you look at what is really happening, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work with you to find a way forward.

I work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. I also enjoy working with people who may not necessarily know exactly what is wrong, but know that they are not feeling like themselves.

My approach to therapy

One of my strengths is creating an environment where people can be open and honest without feeling judged. I understand that sometimes you need a safe place to process what you are experiencing, and other times you need someone to help you challenge your thinking, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies for change. I believe therapy can provide both.

I take a collaborative approach, because you are the expert on your own life. My role is to bring clinical knowledge, perspective, and support while working alongside you to determine what will be most helpful.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are struggling with something that has been happening for years or navigating a situation that has recently become difficult, we can work together to make sense of it. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling heard, clearer about yourself and your circumstances, and better equipped to move forward.

You don’t have to navigate it all on your own.
