Charles Barwon

Hi, I am Charles Barwon, and I provide therapy for adults and adolescents online in Virginia. I am a licensed professional Counselor and have over 5 years of experience working with people experiencing various kinds of mental health issues. My approach is warm and relational. I use evidence-based care. I specialize in helping manage anxiety, depression, and emotional problems with compassion and care.

I love working with diverse clients, but I also offer Christian-integrated therapy. I'd love to walk with you on this healing journey, offering support and compassionate care.

I tackle problems with my clients; nothing is too small or too big. My approach is trauma-informed, and I believe in developing mutual trust. Everyone is valuable and deserves professional care and support without discrimination.

In the first session, we will get to know each other and discuss the therapeutic process. I will ask questions, and you will too. We will identify goals together and decide how to proceed with treatment.
