Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional difficulties. I also have experience working with men who are seeking support with emotional stress, relationships, personal growth, and challenges related to past experiences.

My counseling style is collaborative and individualized. I work with each person to understand their concerns, identify goals, and develop strategies that support their emotional well-being.

I respect each client's personal values, beliefs, and background. For clients who wish to include Christian faith as part of counseling, I am open to integrating faith-based perspectives into our work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and focused on helping clients better understand themselves and develop practical skills for managing life's challenges.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other approaches based on each client's needs.

Therapy may include exploring thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, past experiences, and current stressors. Together, we identify goals and work toward meaningful progress at a pace that feels appropriate for each client.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant history, and what you would like to work on.

I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals. We will begin identifying areas of focus and discuss how therapy can support your needs.

My goal is to provide a respectful and collaborative first session where you can begin sharing your concerns and deciding how we can work together.
