I am a Board Certified in Child/Adolescent Psych, Adult Psych, Addiction Medicine, Integrative and Holistic Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. I treat a host of mental heatlh conditions using skills obtained in the areas of my Board Certificaitons. This includes mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD and other conditions. I also provide Ketamine services.

I am also both practioner and a teacher of Ashtanga Yoga (RYT200) and Mindfulness Meditation. I provide Meditation cousese geared to developing an enduring practice vs learning from an app, which most people do not continue for long or get the same benefit from.

While I practice traditional psychiatry, I try to avoid using psychotropic medication, if possible. I find using skills from my trainning in both functional medicine and lifestyle medicine enables me to treat many health conditions in a way that expands on the narrower traditional approach to assessment and treatment.
