Great to meet you!

I am a Diplomat in Child/Adolescent Psych, Adult Psych, Addiction Medicine, Integrative and Holistic Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. I am a teacher of Yoga (RYT200) and Mindfulness Meditation. My personal meditation and yoga practice has helped me to become more compassionate and able to deeply engage with others, including the patients I work with to achieve wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

While I practice traditional psychiatry, I avoid using psychotropic medication, if possible. I find using skills from my functional medicine and lifestyle medicine training enables me to treat many MH and SUD disorders in a way that expands on the traditional approach to assessment and treatment. We utilize specialized lab studies that help identify the root cause of your presenting problems. We strive to remove the cause, not treat the symptoms.

See www.freedmindbodysoul.com for more information about me.
