I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over fifteen years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, strengths based, and sincerely concerned for the well-being of my clients. I have expertise treating people of diverse backgrounds who have experienced trauma, abuse, loss, teens presenting with high-risk behaviors, emotional disturbance, family conflict, and general difficulties with life transitions. I’m skilled in utilizing elements from CBT, DBT, Humanistic, and systemic therapies.
