Great to meet you!
I hold two Master’s degrees in Counseling, earned in 1999 and 2026, and bring more than 25 years of experience in Behavioral Science. My decision to become a professional counselor is deeply rooted in personal experiences that have given me compassion and understanding for those facing mental health, substance use, trauma, and co-occurring challenges.
I recognize the courage it takes to seek help. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, accepted, and empowered to actively participate in their healing and recovery.
For me, counseling is more than a profession—it is a calling. I walk alongside clients as they confront challenges, rediscover their strengths, and pursue emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I believe people are not defined by their past or their struggles; they have the capacity for change, recovery, purpose, and a more fulfilling life.
