Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a licensed psychologist who brings warmth, empathy, and years of experience in community health, hospital, and school settings. I work with both adolescents and adults, offering psychological assessment and therapy that supports emotional clarity and real change. My specialties include autism, ADHD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use EMDR and other approaches to help you move through challenges with insight and strength. My work is personalized to meet each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends proven clinical methods with a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I combine EMDR, cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and relational insight to help clients gain clarity, release emotional pain, and build confidence in who they are. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering space that supports real healing, not just symptom relief.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with greater self-awareness, tools for managing emotions, and a deeper understanding of how their past and present connect. I help clients explore the roots of their struggles while building practical coping skills, confidence, and self-trust. Whether we’re doing therapy or an evaluation, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and better equipped to move forward.
