My approach to therapy is Solution focused and I have a brief. I have form a Master of Science in Rehabilitation and Mental Health counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. I have over twenty years of experience working with clients with a wide range of problems.

My approach to treatment is Solution Focused Brief Therapy. This is an approach that is forward looking and emphasizes addressing solvable real life issues.
