Great to meet you!

Reader's Digest version of me is that I am a 40-something married veteran of the US Navy. I have 2 kids, ages 9 and 5, and have learned first-hand how terrifyingly wonderful being a parent is. I am proud of my geekiness, in that I enjoy almost everything sci-fi and fantasy related, such as D&D and Star Wars. I earned a Masters of Divinity in Marriage and Family Therapy with the initial goal of becoming a chaplain for the US Navy and found myself in my current situation along the way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I do what I can to meet you where you are at and help you improve your self-perception. I believe that the focus is best placed on becoming someone that we want to spend the rest of our life with, as that is the only person we are guaranteed to spend the rest of our life with. To work on this I put a lot of emphasis on being intentional rather than reactive to life.

What you can expect from our first session

Ideally the skills and knowledge to use on improving quality and presence in life.
