Great to meet you!

I’m part therapist, part coach, and part fellow traveler through the mountain peaks, deep valleys, and murky muck of real-life relationships and transitions. My counseling style is warm, direct, and collaborative—I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you toward healing, stability, and growth.

While I work with a wide range of life transitions, I specialize in:

  • -Complicated and traumatic grief
  • -Marital distress, especially in the wake of betrayal, infidelity, or persistent relational strain
  • -Men’s issues, particularly when alcohol use or compulsive sexual behaviors (e.g., pornography, unhealthy involvements) are damaging personal well-being and relationships

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, but always rooted in grace, authenticity, and acceptance. I believe deep healing happens when clients feel truly seen and accepted. I’m passionate about this work because I’ve lived what many of my clients are living. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, lost, stuck, and disconnected—from yourself or from someone you love. And I’ve had the good fortune of being helped by wise, steady fellow travelers. Now, I’m committed to offering the same steady presence and guidance to others.

What you can expect from me

In our early sessions, you can expect to:

  • -Feel safe & understood in our working relationship
  • -Experience genuine hope for change
  • -Clarify your personal or relational goals

Whether you're navigating personal challenges, loss, or seeking to repair a marriage in crisis - I’d be honored to journey with you toward a more whole and meaningful life.
