Great to meet you!

I've been a therapist in private practice for 30 years. I often blend psychotherapy with human spirituality and honor everyone's past and present with the utmost integrity. If you struggle with stress and anxiety or have difficulty coping with the sometimes problematic or troubling situations in life, please know that these experiences are not necessary. It's your choice, I can show you how to choose more skillfully. If you have a personal history of trauma and abuse, you CAN overcome it.

My approach to therapy

Our Thoughts Lead To Our Emotions, And This Often Results In Our Behavior. I Combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy With Family Systems Therapy And, When Indicated, Mindfulness Training To Gain Control Of Reactive Emotions.

What you can expect from me

My Goal is for you to be listened to and honored, while assisting you to be the best and most effective version of yourself.
