Great to meet you!

I chose this field, because I am passionate about helping individuals and couples create significant and lasting change in their lives and relationships. I primarily work with couples, men, and individuals with disabilities. With a background in software sales, I can relate to and understand the challenges many of us face in the corporate world. Especially as a dad of two, the work life balance idea sometimes seems more like a fantasy. My sweet spot is helping individuals make that a reality.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a directive approach and seek to ensure that every client feels safe and heard during each session. The work we do during our time together will sometimes be challenging, but I firmly believe that it will be worth it. I am confident that anyone who possesses the desire to change has the full ability to do so, as long as they are given the proper tools and support.

What you can expect from me

You set the goals! If you've struggled with goals and routines you've come to the right place. As James Clear notes, "we do not raise to the level of our goals we fall to the the level of our systems".
