Great to meet you!

Online Therapy for Teens (13+) & Adults in WA and SC. All sessions are held online for flexibility and comfort. I offer therapies that are highly effective in treating post-traumatic stress, substance use, obsessive-compulive disorder, and other co-occurring disorders.

I offer free 15-minute consultations to assess fit. Call or text (206) 317-4276 or email [email protected] to request a consult.

My approach to therapy

My method is collaborative and focused on what works best for you. I’m trained in several therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), prolonged exposure (PE), and exposure and response prevention (ERP), among others. Some clients prefer a structured style, while others want a more flexible process, so we’ll explore what feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave therapy with a stronger sense of clarity, self-understanding, and the tools to manage what once felt overwhelming. You can expect to build practical tools, deepen your insight, and feel more equipped to handle challenges with intention and confidence.
