I’m trained in several therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), prolonged exposure (PE), and exposure and response prevention (ERP), among others. Some clients prefer a structured style, while others want a more flexible process, so we’ll explore what feels right for you.
