Great to meet you!

As a therapist, my aim is to take the time to clearly understand your history, difficulties, strengths, and goals, and then to work together to build a treatment plan tailored to your unique circumstances. My experience includes working with adolescents and their families to repair relationships, helping individuals navigate the pitfalls of depression and anxiety, and aiding veterans and others to recover from traumatic experiences that left them lost and overwhelmed.

My approach to therapy

The diversity of my training and experience has led me to an integrative approach to therapy. I flexibly apply Cognitive-Behavioral, emotion-focused, and other approaches in order to provide treatment that is both suited to your needs and makes the most of your particular strengths.

What you can expect from me

There are lots of reasons to start therapy. Whether you seek to overcome an obstacle life has thrown at you, to overcome experiences that you feel are holding you back, or even just to feel like yourself again, you deserve to be happy. In order to do that you must be heard and valued for who you really are. I work to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental space because I believe this is what we all need in order to truly learn about ourselves and make changes that help us continue to grow.
