Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Charles! Some of what you carry has been with you a long time, showing up in your sleep, your body, and the moments you least expect it. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors who are living with anxiety, trauma, and the lasting weight of experiences that changed them. Many of the people I see have spent years managing on their own and are ready for something steadier. My focus is on helping you feel safe enough to face what has been hard, and supported enough to move through it.

My approach to therapy

Before this work, I served in the Marine Corps and the Army, and that experience shaped how I understand resilience, loss, and the long road back to feeling like yourself. Together we blend practical tools with practices that reconnect your mind and body, so you walk away with more than insight. You build real emotional resilience, learn to steady yourself when things feel overwhelming, and reconnect with a sense of purpose that trauma and anxiety can quietly erode. Our work moves at your pace and stays grounded in safety, and it tends to fit best for people who are tired of pushing through alone and want a collaborator rather than a lecture.

What you can expect from me

The first session is not about diving into the hardest parts right away. It is a chance for us to talk, get a feel for each other, and honestly decide whether this is the right fit, because the connection between us matters more than any single technique. If any of this sounds like what you have been looking for, I would be glad to hear from you and see where we might go together.
