My name is Charles, a Navy veteran and a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work. I began my psychotherapy career with Veteran Affairs, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, couples therapy, relationships, and porn and sex addiction.

I believe in a Holistic, client-centered approach to Mental Health and well-being. I specialize in helping clients overcome feelings of inadequacy, navigate conflicts in their relationships, work with the client to find hope and purpose in their lives. I offer specialized therapy sessions tailored to address your unique needs and challenges.
