Great to meet you!

As a therapist with five years of experience, I have worked with people facing a variety of struggles including depression, anxiety, and stress, as well as life transitions, surviving past trauma and abuse, feeling suicidal, and states of mania and psychosis. Our therapy will be a warm and introspective space where you can expect to be treated with dignity. I affirm LGBTQ+ identities; I welcome persons of different cultures, races, nationalities, and religious beliefs. Above all, I look forward to knowing you as a unique and singular person.

My approach to therapy

Therapy offers a space where we can make better sense of ourselves, our experiences, and the world around us. In doing so, we often find a greater sense of peace, agency, purpose, and confidence. I take seriously the value of relationships, as life tends to run more smoothly when you feel connected to the people who are important to you. We’ll build a relationship here, too — one we can look at together and learn from. Working together, we can cultivate relief, support, and change.

What you can expect from me

I welcome my clients with warmth, curiosity, and respect. Together, we’ll create a space where you can learn about yourself, face what troubles you, ask the big questions, and make the life you want to live.
