Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Charles and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker seeking to collaborate with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. My clinical perspective utilizes a strengths-based, warm approach with unconditional positive regard for the person seeking support in their individualized recovery journey.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me as a clinician. I look forward to working with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My personal approach to therapy is balancing warm yet direct approaches to identify barriers to recovery. I believe psychotherapy is not just talking about specific traumatic experiences but practicing interpersonal skill building for practice between sessions. Unconditional positive regard, corrective social experiences, and affirming successes is the key to building the life you want to live.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a safe space to grow, heal, and challenge old thinking or behaviors that no longer serve them.
