Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m here to make it feel approachable and supportive. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident.

As an African-American male therapist, I’m especially passionate about supporting men and individuals from diverse backgrounds who may not always feel fully understood. My goal is for you to feel seen, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.

We’ll focus on building awareness, developing coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change—at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk through what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll guide the conversation so you feel comfortable, with no pressure to have everything figured out.

By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and supported.
