Great to meet you!

From a therapeutic and spiritual perspective, psychotherapy is a process for deeply exploring our innermost spaces. In ancient times, the alchemist, through a mystical process, was able to transform base metal into gold. Using this metaphor, self-exploration is about transforming our pain, trauma, and all that is not working in our lives (base metal) into our fully alive and realized self (gold).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I make it my mission to assist each person in achieving an extraordinary life, by constructing a specific wellness plan to create physical health, emotional balance, financial abundance, relational harmony, and spiritual well-being.

I emanate from a strengths-based, integrative approach, by incorporating psychological and holistic wellness elements, to create transformational healing in one’s body, mind, and spirit.

What you can expect from our first session
