Great to meet you!

My name is Charlette Davis and I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor. I am committed to providing support and guidance to individuals, families, and children of all ages. I have assisted an array clients, from different backgrounds, navigate topics such as anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral issues, life transitions, lgbtq and more.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and that the client has the ability and autonomy to change the trajectory of their life. I Specialize in a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and since no two clients are alike, treatment is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to experience a warm, inviting and nonjudgmental environment. My aim is to build great and trusting relationship with each client so that you feel comfortable sharing your story.
