Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor with a human-centered, holistic approach to healing. I utilize mindfulness practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With a deep belief in the mind-body connection, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and move toward authentic well-being. I integrate a variety of modalities to assist my clients and specializes in self-improvement, life transitions, and healing relationships.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy with me is collaborative and empowering; I view each client as the expert of their own experience and support them in reconnecting with their inner wisdom. Our sessions are tailored to individual needs and may include traditional talk therapy alongside mindfulness, somatic awareness, or other integrative tools to support deeper healing. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I help clients explore their values, process past experiences, and cultivate meaningful growth. Above all, I honor each person’s unique identity, including their spiritual and cultural background, and create a safe space for authentic exploration and transformation.
