Great to meet you!

I help caregivers, adult children, and third-culture adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or burned out—especially during major life transitions—find clarity and steadiness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and supportive. We move at your pace, focusing on practical tools and insight to help reduce anxiety, manage stress, and navigate life transitions.

A few meaningful experiences include over a decade teaching undergraduate biology and biochemistry, and more than ten years as a caregiver for my father during his Alzheimer’s journey, which continues to shape my work.

I’ve also worked in an inpatient acute stabilization setting and continue exploring integrative approaches like Hakomi and breathwork.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what’s been feeling hardest, and what you’d like support with. We’ll begin outlining goals at your pace so you leave with clarity about next steps.

Honored to start this journey with you.
