Great to meet you!

I’m Charlotte Aeger Ross, PMHNP, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing integrative mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical approach combines evidence-based medication management with holistic strategies to address underlying biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors contributing to conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. I focus on individualized, collaborative treatment plans designed to promote long-term stability and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is integrative and evidence-based, combining traditional psychiatric practices with a whole-person focus. I work collaboratively with clients to identify the root causes of emotional and behavioral symptoms—considering biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors. Treatment may include medication management, lab evaluation, and recommendations for nutrition, supplements, or mind-body interventions as appropriate. My goal is to create individualized care plans that promote symptom relief, resilience, and lasting mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding their current concerns, medical and mental health history, and treatment goals. I take time to explore contributing factors such as sleep, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle to gain a full picture of each person’s well-being. Together, we establish an individualized plan that may include medication, holistic strategies, or both. My goal is to create a calm, professional, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported in their journey toward improved mental health.
