Great to meet you!

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 25 years of experience, my life has been dedicated to supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate the turbulent waters of identity, transition, and self-discovery.

I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College, an institution that instilled in me a profound respect for human diversity, social justice, and the unique lived experience of every individual.

Entering therapy can feel daunting, especially for young people trying to find their voice in a loud world. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you feel genuinely heard, deeply understood, and entirely unjudged.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a humanistic approach, which means I view you as the ultimate expert on your own life. I do not see you as a diagnosis to be fixed, but as a whole, unique individual with inherent strengths and the capacity for immense growth. Because no two people are the same, I use an integrated therapy framework. This allows me to blend humanistic core principles—like empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity—with evidence-based tools tailored specifically to your needs.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, informal, and collaborative conversation focused on building a safe relationship. You will be invited to talk about what brought you to therapy at your own pace, without needing a perfectly structured story. We will use the first session to test if my style feels safe and supportive for you.

I have weekday late afternoon/early evening and Saturday morning availability. All sessions will be Telehealth through a HIPPA-secure platform. Booking is simple through my Headway profile, and getting started with insurance is handled entirely on Headway's end.
