Hi! I'm Charlie. I'm an LPC - MHSP in the State of Tennessee. I specialize in helping adults that are dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and relationship issues. I believe we all deserve a safe space to work on ourselves, find peace and take charge of our lives.
I typically use a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-centered as my main modalities. I focus on helping adults struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationship issues.
I offer a warm, open and validating space to help you show up as your authentic self. At times I may be more direct by using psychoeducation or challenging your perspective if I feel that is helpful to your journey.
