Great to meet you!

I graduated from George Washington University where I earned doctorate and my master’s degrees in clinical psychology. I have been practicing for 8 years, and trained in a varied of settings including: community mental health, child and family services, private practices, and Georgetown Hospital. My eclectic background has deepened my ability to create highly individualized and compassionate care that empowers clients to heal, no matter where they are on their journey.

My approach to therapy

I passionately believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and that therapy can help unlock those potentials by fostering insight, understanding, and practical tools for change. To reach this potential, I am dedicated to building a therapeutic relationship build on trust, warmth, and a genuine connection.

What you can expect from me

When clients work with me, they can expect a supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes. Depending on your goals, we may focus on developing practical skills to help you feel more at peace, or we may work on building insight that can deepen self-awareness, develop more meaningful relationships, and create greater happiness.
