Great to meet you!

I'm a warm, humanistic, and creative therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life's challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I earned my master's degree in professional mental health counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. My professional journey began with play-based therapy for autistic children, and I've since expanded my work to support a wide range of neurodivergent and neurotypical young people.

Growing up in the Chicago area, I have a deep connection to this community. I bring a blend of professional expertise and personal understanding to my practice, which focuses on areas such as neurodivergence, trans youth, anxiety, and family conflict.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic, affirming approach, drawing from modalities like Narrative Therapy and play therapy. Your experience will be collaborative and client-centered. We'll explore your unique story, using creative and playful methods to understand challenges and build new narratives. I'll help you identify strengths and foster healing, supporting your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a collaborative space where we'll work together to help you achieve your goals. My focus is on providing you with tangible tools for change that you can use in your daily life. You can expect to learn how to better manage your emotions, communicate more effectively, and strengthen your relationships. A core part of our work will be co-regulation, a process where we'll build a sense of safety and calm together, so you can learn to regulate yourself and find more balance. Ultimately, I want you to leave our sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself and the skills to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
