Great to meet you!

Hello!! If you’re experiencing persistent feelings of depreseeion, worry, or overwhelm—or if your child is struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges—you’re not alone, and support is available. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational difficulties. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients of all ages feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

With children, I use play therapy to help them express thoughts and feelings in developmentally appropriate ways. Through play, children can process experiences, build coping skills, and increase emotional regulation. For teens and adults, I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs, fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave therapy with increased confidence, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and a greater sense of balance in their daily lives. Whether the goal is to reduce anxiety, lift depression, or support your child’s growth, I focus on creating measurable, lasting progress that empowers you and your family to thrive.
