Great to meet you!

I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida with over 15 years of experience working as an addiction counselor and primary therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, personality disorders, and ADHD. I also assisted many people who have experienced trauma or abuse.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and integrative therapy. My therapy style is warm, transparent and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship is a crucial component of successful therapy. I believe that each person was created differently (for good reason!) and it is important to honor yourself by being honest about what it is that you need out of this process. My intentions are to tailor my treatment to each client's clinical needs, but there will be times I am simply not the right fit. I encourage open dialogue about how the process is going for you.
