Great to meet you!

During my journey, I came close to giving up, however I persevered. I now work to support others who wish to overcome obstacles in their lives that are holding them back from their own goals. Tackling those obstacles that seem impossible. Whether it be depression, anxiety, grief, trauma or something that is unable to be categorized, I am here to walk with you through this journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to guide each individual to the point where my support is no longer needed. I recognize that every person is unique and more than their diagnosis.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that through our work together, you’ll begin to feel more confident in yourself and better equipped to handle whatever life brings your way. The goal isn’t just to navigate one challenge—it’s to help you build tools you can return to time and time again. I want you to leave our sessions feeling encouraged, capable, and truly supported.

If you're ready to get started, you have a couple of options. You can book a 15-minute call through Headway to speak with my team. They’ll help you answer your questions, schedule your appointment, verify your insurance, and provide a copay estimate. Or, if you prefer, you can book directly with me through Tandem Telehealth here: https://tandemtelehealth.com/team/charlotte-perdue.

I’m really looking forward to connecting with you.
