Dr. Charlotte Phillips

I specialize in working with individuals in the counseling and mental health professions, including clinical counseling students, doctoral learners, professional supervisors, consultants, and educators.

At this time, I am exclusively accepting new clients who are currently serving as clinical supervisors in counseling, psychology, or social work; students in the clinical phases of their training; and faculty supervisors.

My practice is thoughtfully designed to support those who care for others. In our first session, we will take time together to explore your needs, goals, and expectations, while also reviewing my roles, responsibilities, and guidelines to ensure a supportive and collaborative fit.
