Great to meet you!

I'm a wife, mother of two, and experienced gestational carrier. I specialize in perinatal mental health. I have a passion for working with those experiencing difficulties during pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, infertility and/or loss, mood and thought disorders, relationship challenges and adjustment to parenthood. My journey in this specific field began before I became a mother myself, and I love all things surrounding pregnancy, birth, babies, postpartum life, and parenthood.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a passion for empowering women, especially during the expansion of their family, and ensuring their voices are heard. My goal is to help strengthen the family unit, enhance marriages and relationships, and help support clients through life transitions. I strongly believe in seeing you, the client, as who you are as a person rather than as a diagnosis. I tend to work most within CBT and mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

I love to work together with you to create the best possible treatment journey. I like to find appropriate resources to share and discuss, as well as, assign homework that will be meaningful to you. Therapy isn't just about talking. It's about gaining new knowlege and life skills to help you thrive.
