Great to meet you!

I came to the counseling field through both personal experiences and a genuine desire to support others through some of life’s most difficult moments. Having witnessed the impact that mental health challenges can have on individuals and families, I understand how meaningful it can be to have someone who listens without judgment. I bring empathy, authenticity, and compassion into my work and strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We can start exactly where you are and work together from there.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy centers on creating a genuine, supportive connection where clients feel safe to be themselves. I meet clients with empathy while gently challenging and encouraging growth. Together, we recognize strengths, honor progress, and work toward helping clients feel empowered to take ownership of their lives and healing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about connection, comfort, and getting to know one another. I want to learn about who you are, what matters to you, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while also giving you the opportunity to get to know me. We’ll begin identifying your strengths and goals together, with no expectation to share anything before you feel ready.
