Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor who earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2022 and became licensed in 2025. I have experience working in a college counseling center, a community services board (CSB), and private practice. I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I aim to show up as warm, down-to-earth, and human in the room, and I value creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, relaxed, and supportive. I use evidence-based tools like CBT, ERP for OCD, and ACT, while keeping things practical and easy to apply in real life. I also believe humor, when appropriate, can be a helpful part of the process. I focus on helping clients feel less stuck and more able to respond to their thoughts and emotions in a flexible, manageable way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy—no pressure to have it all figured out. I aim to create a calm, relaxed space where you can show up as you are, even if that means feeling unsure or overwhelmed. We’ll start building a simple, realistic direction for our work together that fits your goals and pace.
