Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. My experience includes college counseling, community mental health, and private practice, where I’ve worked with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

I believe therapy works best when you can feel comfortable being fully yourself. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood—not judged or talked down to. Whether you’re working through something that’s been weighing on you for years or navigating a new season of life, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, along with trauma-informed approaches. I focus less on “fixing” you and more on helping you understand your patterns, make room for difficult thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. Therapy should feel practical and applicable to real life—and yes, I believe there’s room for humor, too.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and talking about what you hope will be different. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. I’ll help guide the conversation while making space for your questions and concerns. We’ll begin identifying goals and creating a direction for treatment that feels realistic, collaborative, and tailored to you.
