Great to meet you!

Has life been a struggle for you, and it seems to be getting harder as the days go by? Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, grief and loss, relational issues, or unresolved past trauma, you've come to the right place. Welcome! I want to congratulate you on taking steps towards your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to achieve emotional, social, physical, cognitive, and spiritual balance. When someone has a supportive and encouraging presence to walk alongside them, profound transformation is possible. I will help you navigate your healing journey, tap into your inner strength, and empower you to thrive.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will have an opportunity to get to know each other. I will gather background information, inquire what led you to seek therapy, and we'll discuss your expectations. I will inform you about a few policies and procedures and allow time for any questions or concerns. We will collaboratively set goals to work on in therapy.
