Great to meet you!

I will help you navigate life's challenges while cultivating a deeper, more loving relationship with yourself, empowering you to grow, transform, and see your full potential.

My approach is centered around the idea that the most important relationship you'll ever have is with yourself. I work best with individuals seeking lasting change, who want to understand themselves on a deeper level, and are willing to do the work.

With my guidance, you'll explore what it means to have a healthy relationship with yourself. We'll explore your consumption habits, self-care practices, and thought patterns to identify areas for growth and transformation.

As someone who's navigated my own share of life's challenges, I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental perspective to our work together. My experience has taught me that true growth and transformation require patience, empathy, and a willingness to sit with the uncomfortable.

If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation, I invite you to reach out and explore how we can work together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring a unique blend of personal and professional experience to my work life. With my varied pre-professional life and my widely varied professional life, I've built a strong foundation in understanding the complexities of the human experience. My professional background includes almost 20 years of experience working in settings that include, but are not limited to: end of life care, aging at home, navigating deep change, and many other settings where people are going through it. Each of these experiences has deepened my understanding of the resilience and vulnerability that exist within every human being.

On a personal level, I've navigated my own share of life's challenges, including aging parents and a rather unique and transient lifestyle. This has given me a deep empathy for individuals who are struggling to find their footing. I'm passionate about working with adults who have experienced trauma, loss, or significant life transitions, and I'm committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to share their stories and grow towards greater self-awareness and healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Through our work together, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of your self, your values and, to set some goals. You can expect to develop a deeper self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-compassion, leading to increased emotional resilience and a more authentic, wholehearted way of living.

We will:

Develop coping strategies and tools to help you navigate life's challenges

Cultivate a greater sense of meaning and direction in your lives

Make changes, as needed, in relationships with others, including family, friends, and colleagues

Enhance your overall well-being, including your physical, emotional, and mental health

Ultimately, my goal is to empower you with the insights, skills, and support you need to live a more authentic, fulfilling, and meaningful life.

However if you find yourself in crisis or often in what feels like an untenable situation, this may not be your best option.
