Great to meet you!

I’m Charlton Hall, MMFT, PhD, LMFT, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering teletherapy exclusively to residents of Washington State and South Carolina.

Are you looking for a compassionate, experienced therapist who understands the complexities of life, relationships, and mental health? I specialize in trauma treatment, suicidal ideations, supporting people with gender identity issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, relationship difficulties, parenting issues, anxiety, and depression. I see people who seek affirming, nonjudgmental care and practical tools to manage emotions, build self-confidence, and improve relationships.

At this time, I am only taking teletherapy appointments.

My approach to therapy

With nearly two decades of experience in behavioral health, I specialize in Mindfulness-Based Ecotherapy (MBE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches help you manage anxiety, depression, and life stress while building self-acceptance and emotional resilience.

I have been training therapists in these approaches since 2010 and I can help you to learn how to utilize these skills as well!

What you can expect from me

If you want a safe space where you can explore your identity and heal from trauma in a non-judgmental environment, please reach out to me. Through a solution-focused, mindfulness-based approach, I help you create a meaningful, authentic life, building resilience and self-empowerment along the way.
