Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 14 years of experience in the field and 7 years of licensure. I specialize in providing individual therapy services through telehealth, working collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals and work toward transformation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and strategies to address severe and persistent mental illness. I am particularly passionate about supporting women, addressing Black mental health, and helping to destigmatize self-investment, especially within communities of color.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will form a collaborative partnership to help you clarify your goals and take meaningful steps toward achieving them.

You’ll gain insight into how your thoughts influence your behaviors and emotions, as well as practical tools to help you challenge unhelpful patterns.

My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling empowered, with a deeper understanding of yourself and the confidence to create lasting change.
