Great to meet you!

Changing old habits and building emotional resilience makes sense at any time. My theoretical approach is based on the widely researched neuropsychological findings of Attachment Theory. Together we will work to build a supportive therapeutic relationship. Strategies for change include evidence based methods of CBT, ERP, Mindfulness and brief psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

Let's uncover the patterns that motivate you and the habits that limit you. I enjoy working with creative people. Creativity and optimism are part of good mental health. If you are creative, sensitive or have high intelligence it can be a struggle to find therapy that matches your needs.

What you can expect from me

During sessions you will gain coping and communication skills. These are some of the first steps towards managing challenging relationships at home, school and work.
