Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges and transitions. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a Master’s degree in Social Work, a Master’s degree in Leadership, and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling.

I enjoy working with women, young adults, parents, and individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the person they want to become. Together, we’ll identify what is weighing on you, develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen your confidence, and work toward a greater sense of clarity and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, practical, and nonjudgmental. I believe you deserve a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change. I help clients navigate grief and loss, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify initial goals for therapy and begin developing a plan that is personalized to your needs. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and confident that we have a path forward together.
