Great to meet you!

I believe every person deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Over the past 12 years, I've worked with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families in a variety of outpatient, hospital, crisis, and community mental health settings. I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family concerns, and emotional challenges. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences while building practical skills that support long-term emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy and believe treatment should be tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and Person-Centered Therapy. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to current challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what has brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals in a comfortable, supportive environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that feels realistic and individualized, helping you feel confident about the direction of your therapy moving forward.
