Great to meet you!

I have clinical experience in Addiction Therapy, Relapse Prevention and living a Recovery lifestyle? Using critical techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Meditation and Mindfulness Techniques?

If you have tried to stop, decrease or control your use of alcohol and or drugs therapy is useful.

Contact me - I have availability early AM and after 4PM.

My approach to therapy

Best practice style for working in addiction is Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help individuals handle stress and learn how to process thoughts and feelings. A typical treatment plan would involve progressing towards making positive changes and small attainable goals. Most of my clients see a gradual change in attitude and self awareness within the first couple of months and sustained improvement thereafter.

What you can expect from me

Expect support and empowerment - learn and gain the tools to support making changes around alcohol, drugs and gambling addictions. Learn to work on goals and self-awareness techniques. I have over 15 years dedicated to working with individuals with substance use and mental health challenges. I understand people I understand struggle and stress. Recovery is about a healthy choice away from active addiction.
