Have you become so used to being the strong one that you've forgotten what it feels like to be supported yourself? Maybe you're carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, addiction, grief, or depression while trying to keep life moving forward. From the outside, everything may seem fine, but inside, you're exhausted, overwhelmed, or simply stuck.

You don't have to navigate that alone.

For more than 12 years, I've helped adults heal from trauma, PTSD, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. My style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I create a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment while we work together to understand what's keeping you stuck and build practical tools that help you feel better.

Healing isn't about becoming someone different, it's about reconnecting with the version of yourself that feels safe, confident, and whole. No matter where you're starting, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

Every person comes to therapy with a unique story, so I believe treatment should never be one-size-fits-all. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and focused on helping you make meaningful changes that extend beyond our sessions.

Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, build healthier coping strategies, and strengthen the confidence to navigate life's challenges. I strive to balance compassion with honest feedback so you feel both supported and challenged in ways that promote lasting growth.

Depending on your goals, I may incorporate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Seeking Safety, REBT, strengths-based therapy, and behavioral interventions to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but our first session is simply a conversation. There's no pressure to share everything at once.

We'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring what's been most challenging, and identifying what you'd like life to look like moving forward. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, and together we'll begin creating a plan that feels realistic and personalized to your goals.

My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and reassured that you don't have to face life's challenges on your own.
