Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who finds joy in supporting a variety of people through life’s transitions and unexpected turns. Change can be difficult and life can trip you up sometimes. I start where the client is and respect personal choice because no one knows you better than yourself; you are your own expert. I will treat you with dignity and compassion as we work together to support your needs.

I work with adults, teens, and children experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, PTSD, grief, child abuse, and domestic violence. I work with first responders and film cast and crew as well.

My approach to therapy

My approach incorporates your comfort, dignity and trust. Together, we will come up with a plan to support you and your therapeutic goals. I combine a variety of modalities and can provide Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

What you can expect from me

Our first session will explore what you hope to accomplish, how I can help meet your needs, and how to create the best connection for you. It will give you the chance to see if I am a good fit for you.
