Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. Throughout my career, I have worked as a psychocounselor and life coach, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds as they work toward emotional wellness, resilience, and lasting positive change.

Life is a journey of building connections, overcoming challenges, and mending bridges along the way. As a proud graduate of Prairie View A&M University, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Arts in Counseling. With more than 20 years of experience in both the educational and counseling fields, I bring a broad range of knowledge and expertise to my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

I have experience helping clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, career transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Together, we work to identify obstacles, develop practical coping strategies, improve self-awareness, and build the skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to counseling. We'll explore your concerns, identify your goals, and begin creating a personalized plan that meets your unique needs.

I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll work toward developing practical strategies that promote healing, growth, and lasting positive change.
